The Horror Hound Festival was first held in Louisiana. It attracts horror fanatics from around the world. One of them was Chase and his girlfriend Lenn, who were forced to accompany them to the event. But she must face a touch of ill-fated premonitions and terrifying visions that see the destruction of an entire city. Especially the local legend of The Creeper, it seems that this festival is a wake-up call to the bloodthirsty hunt again.
